This group is for swimmers who have a basic understanding of all 4 strokes and feel comfortable in the water. The team focuses on improving stroke mechanics, while learning how to incorporate this knowledge into building endurance by swimming workouts.
SCHEDULE - your choice of:
Saturdays, 4pm - 5pm;
Saturdays, 5pm - 6pm;
Saturdays, 6pm - 7pm;
Sundays, 7pm - 8pm.
NO CLASSES: Nov. 24-25, Dec. 22-23, Dec. 29-30, Apr.20-21
